Nextechcraft is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Voice Calling insurance Outbound targeting India markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in India to introduce Nextechcraft's Insurance services.

2. Understand client requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their needs.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

5. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

8. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in technical sales or related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- IRDA License (preferred)
