Insurance Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and networking.
- Meet clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct presentations and explain policy benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team and branch office for smooth policy processing and claim settlements.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or internal systems regularly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and regulatory changes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the **insurance or financial services sector**.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client meetings
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Monthly and quarterly sales achievement
- Number of leads generated and converted
- Client acquisition and retention rate
- Cross-selling and upselling performance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
