Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and engage potential customers in the field to promote TIDE Prepaid Card and Insurance products.
- Conduct face-to-face customer interactions to explain product features, benefits, and usage.
- Assist customers through the onboarding process, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure activation of TIDE CARD.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in financial products, prepaid cards, or insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial products and insurance is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
