**Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs to a diverse audience, ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Develop curriculum content, training materials, and resources to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to incorporate into training modules.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, including hands-on exercises and case studies.
- Provide personalized feedback and support to participants, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training programs to meet specific organizational needs.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuously update and refine training content to align with the evolving landscape of digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
- Recognized certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
