**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell company services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the right solutions.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain and update the database of customers with complete information.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the team lead.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience (0-2 years) in telesales or outbound calling is a must.
- Strong verbal communication skills in **both English and Hindi**.
- Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Located in or willing to commute to **Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata**.
