**About Us**:
Hooqx is a fast-growing company in the FMCG sector, focused on delivering high-quality food products. We are looking for motivated **Telesales Agents** who can drive sales through outbound calls, handle customer queries, and contribute to business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **cold calling** and follow-up calls to potential customers in the domestic market.
- Promote and sell **FMCG food products** over the phone.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle objections and provide accurate product information.
- Report sales progress and customer feedback to the team lead/manager.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of telesales/telecalling experience** in FMCG or domestic cold calling.
- Prior experience in **selling food products through telesales** is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in **Bengali and Hindi**.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software will be an advantage.

**Eligibility**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 3 years (preferred)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bengali (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

**Location**:

- Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal (preferred)
