- Roles and Responsibility- Prepare agendas and lead status & working meetings with Client project leads for contracts- Enhance project management tools and reporting processes for project deliverables- Work with Client to align review and negotiation of annually renewed contracts with the renewal cycle- Request next year’s contract and EOC (Evidence of Coverage) materials and support other contracting requirements for existing vendors- Complete review of Client existing insured contracts for accuracy of rates and note material changes- Review Evidence of Coverage (EOCs) for accuracy of benefits and confirm distribution- Conduct annual review of standard agreements to determine what, if any, updates will be required- Continue to identify ongoing process improvement opportunities- Review and update Client existing self-insured contracts-
- 1) Overall work experience of 8+ years within US Compensation & Benfits with minimum 6 years of relevant experience on the understanding of Health & Benefits contracts- 2) Should have interacted with Vendors for smooth functioning of the process- 3) Should have worked as / experience as a Quality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associates performanceRecruiter Name Rhutik Pujare
