**Your key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and participate in periodic CB QA Reviews across the CB businesses and locations
- Formally track and report results of QA to respective coverage areas and QA management, including submitting QA Executive Summary to the key stakeholders
- Sample of manual processes and its outcomes, ensuring documentation requirements have been met

Work in close cooperation with other team members, business and infrastructure areas including Compliance, Legal, Finance,
Risk, GTO and Treasury
- Review and challenge the remediation and closure of audit issues and SIIs
- Ability to handle other special projects as needed

**Your skills and Experience**:

- An operations background with understanding of risk and control processes

Be able to identify solutions for recurring issues identified during the QA process with a view to improvement and remediation

of risk
- Ability to think about issues, understand their implications and provide actionable solutions including the ability to think laterally

and challenge the status quo
- Have strong work ethic and excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Confidence in interacting with senior management and ability to work with peers at all levels, both regionally and globally
- Have excellent time management skills and ability to execute tasks within tight deadlines
- Team player, collaborating and at the same time able to work independently
- Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)

Education / Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification / work experience
- At least 10-12 years professional experience at a large financial institution
- Audit and/or QA experience highly preferred
