We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team within the Fin Tech domain. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with strong expertise in Python, Java, Pytest, Selenium/Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, scalability, and compliance of financial applications through modern automation practices.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Python and Pytest.• Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases for web and API applications.• Build and execute automation tests using Selenium/Playwright for UI and API validation.• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high-quality Fin Tech products.• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring quick resolution in collaboration with engineering teams.• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to validate product compatibility.• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab, or Azure Dev Ops) for continuous testing.• Contribute to test planning, test data management, and reporting of test execution results.• Drive best practices in QA automation, coding standards, compliance, and maintainability.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering, preferably in the Fin Tech or banking/financial services domain.• Strong programming expertise in Python and working knowledge of Pytest.• Hands-on experience with Playwright for web and API automation.• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for backend data validation.• Proven experience integrating automation frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and Agile/Scrum practices.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST frameworks, or similar).• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner).• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Browser Stack, Sauce Labs).• Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Behave, Spec Flow, or Cucumber.• Understanding of compliance and security testing requirements for financial applications.MSBC Group has been a trusted technology partner for over 20 years, delivering the latest systems and software solutions for financial services, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and startup ecosystems.Our expertise includes Accessible AI, Custom Software Solutions, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, and Business Process Outsourcing.
