Customer Success Partner for White Label SaaS Platform Sales
Position: Customer Success
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Cold Calling
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the white-label SaaS platform and its benefits.
Generate leads through proactive research and database management.
Qualify prospects based on their business needs and interest in the platform.
Client Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Address queries, objections, and concerns to drive interest in the platform.
Sales Coordination
Schedule and coordinate demos with senior sales executives or the technical team.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
Database Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and interactions in CRM software.
Update and organize customer databases regularly.
Target Achievement
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
Feedback and Reporting
Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales pitches and product offerings.
Generate daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and lead conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele calling, inside sales, or a similar role (experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms and technology trends (training will be provided).
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is preferred.
Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
