**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various portals, channels, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by utilizing CRM tools and tracking systems.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Understand client requirements and articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- **Conversion Strategy**:
- Convert leads into long-term clients by providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Manage the recruitment and client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and maximize business opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Associate Level: 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Executive Level: 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attributes**:
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
