About the Role

As a Journey Expert in our portfolio’s Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance (Well Managed) squad, your main priority is to help ensure tribe assets and supporting processes are simplified and well managed. This may require taking ownership of specific governance functions, working on an initiative or collaborating with a team of professionals who share similar skills to manage and coordinate essential activities that help us strike a healthy balance between delivering high quality outcomes with operating as a well-managed business.

What will your day look like?

**As a Journey Expert, you will be**:

- Managing user access reviews and supporting processes
- Working with control testing teams to provide information and evidence, action and/or track any remediation activities
- Working with internal and external audit teams to provide information on tribe processes, provide evidence, action and/or track any remediation activities
- Providing support and guidance to squads on risk and assurance matters
- Supporting the portfolio to ensure we adhere to technology policies and standards, through the development of playbooks and underlying processes

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience with user access management, risk/assurance, and/or technology delivery or implementation
Excellent interpersonal, active listening skills - you need to be comfortable asking questions, raising concerns, and constantly thinking about our customers
An eye for detail - as a member of a team responsible for supporting our governance and compliance, your willingness to iteratively improve precision and clarity is paramount
Experience in effective stakeholder management & influencing, communication and presentation skills
Ability to learn on the job, navigate through ambiguity and a demonstrated growth mindset
