To support our mission, Paxful is hiring a team of **AML Compliance Investigators**. These positions report to the AML Manager and will perform investigations and reporting of suspicious activity based on anti-money laundering transaction rules.

**Essential Functions**:

- Ability to investigate suspicious activity, summarize activity on an account, and detail the red flags that are suspicious.
- Ability to meet our productivity and quality standards
- Supporting through shadowing the onboarding and training of team members
- Reviewing and investigating suspicious activity reports (SAR’s)
- Assisting in special department projects.
- Act as key Compliance stakeholder for cross-functional projects
- Complete annual training and staying current on changing regulations.

**Education and Experience**:

- 1-2 years AML Investigator experience
- 1-2 years crypto / payments compliance analyst experience
- Certifications with Chainalysis KYT and Reactor a plus
- Experience using Acuant and LexisNexis 3rd party compliance tools is a plus.
- Experience filing FinCEN SAR reports
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
- CAMS Certification or equivalent a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Crypto products and services.
- Result-oriented with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, analytical skills and time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as with others.
