Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Supply Executive - Acquisition to join our team at Kazam. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and onboarding locations for our parking and charging services. Your primary focus will be on searching for suitable areas, negotiating deals with property owners, and ensuring a steady supply of locations to meet our business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in launching our services in new cities. This position requires frequent travel within cities and occasionally to other states, therefore, access to a bike and a valid driver& license are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Location Sourcing and Evaluation:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for parking and charging hubs.
- Scout locations, assess their suitability based on predefined criteria, and gather relevant information.

2. Negotiation and Deal Making:

- Reach out to property owners, landlords, and real estate agents to negotiate favorable terms for leasing or partnering with Kazam.
- Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and pricing to secure the best deals for the company.

3. Supply Establishment:

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to finalize locations, ensuring they meet operational requirements and strategic objectives.
- Oversee the setup and installation of equipment at new locations, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are obtained for each location.

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively.
- Act as a representative of Kazam, promoting our brand and values in all interactions.

5. New City Launch:

- Play a key role in launching Kazam's services in new cities, from initial market research to finalizing locations and establishing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful launch, including marketing, operations, and customer support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate, business development, or sales, with a track record of successful negotiations and deal making.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Valid driver& license and access to a bike for travel within cities and occasionally to other states.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
