Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery products and services offered, ensuring accurate and compelling information is conveyed to clients during calls.

Sales & Lead Generation: Generate sales leads by proactively reaching out to potential clients, providing details about promotions, special offers, and new arrivals.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address any queries, resolve issues, or offer updates on new collections or promotions.

CRM Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions, purchases, and preferences to ensure accurate tracking and personalized communication.

Coordination with the Sales Team: Work closely with the in-store sales team to coordinate client needs, ensure the smooth delivery of jewellery orders, and follow up on outstanding sales or inquiries.

Client Retention: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that clients have an excellent shopping experience, which promotes retention and referral business.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to enhance products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service, retail, or sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

**Skills**:Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Enthusiastic, confident, and goal-driven attitude.

Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for jewellery and fashion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
