Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Promote jewelry products and services.

Provide product information and answer inquiries.

Encourage sales and assist in the purchase process.

Maintain accurate customer records and meet sales targets.

Experience as a tellecalling for more than 3 years

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Outreach**: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce new jewellery collections, promotions, and exclusive offers.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for customers to visit our showroom for personalized consultations and viewings.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest jewellery trends, collections, and product details to effectively communicate with customers and address their queries.

**Customer Assistance**: Provide information about product specifications, pricing, and after-sales services. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the database.

**Sales Follow-Up**: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through telecalling to encourage conversions and track the progress of potential sales.

**Cross-selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities for cross-selling complementary products and upselling premium jewellery pieces.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.

Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.

Knowledge of jewellery products, materials, and industry trends.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and database management.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
