**Urgently Required Floor Coordinator for Qutab unit**

**Duties & Responsibilities:

- **
- To ensure complete customer (patients and attendants) satisfaction.
- To meet all admitted patients, understand their problems.
- Handle the admission of the Patients and explained them the rules, regulations and systems of the hospital very politely.
- Ensure proper transfer of patient to OT/Cath Lab/CCU/Ward etc along with the reports, consents, case sheets and X-Ray films.
- In case of any outsourced investigation, patient is explained time, date and pre - requirements and also ensure that the attendants are to be available.
- To check that lab investigations are sent at stipulated time and reports are available at the earliest by the nurses. If any report is delayed communicated to the next on duty.
- To ensure completion of first page of the admission sheet.
- To take daily round and also with MS and consultants.
- Cross opinion to be checked and followed up with in-house as well as visiting consultants and for outside consultants their name & time at which they will come to see the patients should be written on the board.
- To ensure proper billing of the patients on day to day basis.
- To attend and resolve all food complaints of the patients.
- Food to be served to the NPO patients as soon as the above category of these patients returns to their rooms / wards.
- Discharge summaries are made on priority, for patients who have to catch trains / flights, leave early to avoid heat / traffic / any other reason.
- To ensure distribution and collection of customer feedback forms from every patient and make monthly report of the same.
- To ensure all IPD files are completely by the treating team within the stipulated period and dispatched to the MRD.

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Experience**: 2-5 years (Hospital)
