Store Assistant

**Job Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.
- Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.
- Examining, reviewing and verifications of received materials for discrepancies and damages and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Maintaining Daily Materials Inward register and Purchase Register, creating related reports.
- Follow up with Material Suppliers, with prior consent from purchase department, to ensure timely supply.
- Issue Materials as per the indent for different Works.
- Maintaining Material Issue Register.
- General supervision on the site regarding wastage and improper use of Material etc.
- Recollecting any balance/ unused material at the end of Working.
- Handling over of the charge of Material lying in the site premises of the night security personal from the day security guards.
- Cleaning construction equipment and testing them to ensure functionality.
- Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store.
- Inspecting the construction site and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape.
- Answering questions regarding procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply.
- General supervision on the site regarding wastage and improper use of Material etc.
- Recollecting any balance/ unused material at the end of Working.
- Handling over of the charge of Material lying in the site premises of the night security personal from the day security guards.
- Update Records on Display Boards and display states regarding the Stock.
- Prepare Fortnightly/monthly consumption repots jointly with the junior engineers.
- Prepare a list of excess material.
- Update the stock periodically.
- Inform the concerned engineer of the status of balance material in order to raise further indent.
- Maintain Records of Departmental tools, machinery etc. on site.
- Maintain Record of Cash Purchase.
- Record of Empty Cement Bags received from Contractor.
- Inform the concerned engineer of the working condition of the machinery.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)
