Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

The role involves meeting and greeting customers, assisting them throughout the shopping journey, and sharing product features and benefits with them. You will also be responsible for explaining services, building trust and loyalty, and resolving customer queries both pre- and post-sale.

In addition to this, you will be expected to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and receive feedback from them on our services and products.

Inventory Management Responsibilities:
  • Daily quick count of all available products in the store
  • Receive bulk shipments and physically mark them as received on the system daily
  • Daily replenishment to fill display gaps
  • Identify and separate damaged or bad inventory, placing it in a designated area
  • Ensure daily handover and receiving of products from the central warehouse through the HOP app
  • Highlight any inventory discrepancies or mismatches to the Store Manager
Operational Process Expectations:
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) outlined by management
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store
  • Update all SOP files on a daily basis
  • Reconcile daily cash and card sales
