We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Chef Helper. As a Chef Helper at FreshMojo, you will play a vital role in assisting our professional chefs in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Food Preparation: Assist the chefs in preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, and other food items according to the provided recipes and instructions.
- Cooking Assistance: Assist the chefs during the cooking process by monitoring cooking times, temperatures, and ingredients. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment. Keep workstations clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Equipment Maintenance: Help with basic maintenance of kitchen equipment, such as cleaning and ensuring proper functioning. Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the chef or kitchen manager.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies. Notify the chef or kitchen manager of any shortages or expired items for timely replenishment.
- Food Presentation: Collaborate with the chefs to plate and garnish dishes in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Adhere to FreshMojo's standards for food presentation and portion sizes.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper hand hygiene, wearing appropriate protective gear, and adhering to local health regulations. Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of meals. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
