- Collaborate with developers to implement designs efficiently.
- Optimize web design for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, and digital branding.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic) and proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is preferred.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
