**ROLE PURPOSE**: As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media platforms. You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages. Monitoring user engagement and analysing feedback on a daily basis is a mandatory task. In addition to this, you should be able to meet deadlines, work across different brands and multi-tasks effectively. You should also be supervising social media campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Developing engaging social media strategies.

Create top quality video content and optimize it across SM platform

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Travelling on business events to provide social media coverage, photography and videography

Excellent social media photography/videography skills

Creating and leading engaging social projects

Excellent copywriting skills

Managing social media platforms of the organization.

Engaging followers with regular company updates.

Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.

Responding to the comments and replying to messages on social media platforms on time. (Community Management)

Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus

Monitoring and reporting on social media metrics.

Analyzing social media trends and optimizing them.

Using social media software programs (falcon) to prepare social media engagement and activities reports.

Optimizing social media content effectively based on platform needs

Coordinating with graphic designer, copywriter and other team members.

Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience managing organic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin and Twitter)

Experience working in the higher education/ESL sector

Demonstrate the ability to create engaging social media content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Proved work experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.

Excellent knowledge of content dimensions based on each platforms.

Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI’s.

Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.

Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as falcon

Exceptional team management skills.

Outstanding writing proofreading and editing skills.

Instagram video editing skills

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to write catchy copy.

Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.

In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
