As a GSA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while upholding our high standards of service and hospitality. - Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly demeanor - Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing detailed information about menu items and specials - Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously - Upsell additional items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue - Process payments efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery - Address guest concerns promptly and professionally - Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant - Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality - Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and shifts as needed **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including local cuisine - Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication skills in English and Kannada - Food handling certification preferred - Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Understanding of local dining customs and etiquette in Mysuru, India - Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills - Ability to memorize menu items and daily specials - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency - Goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets **Additional Information** Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
