The accounts and administration manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the organization. This includes managing the accounting and bookkeeping functions, preparing financial reports, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

In addition to managing the financial operations of the organization, the accounts and administration manager may also be responsible for overseeing the administration and support functions, such as human resources, procurement, and facility management. This may include managing staff, coordinating office operations, and implementing policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.

The accounts and administration manager should have strong leadership and management skills, as well as extensive experience in accounting and finance. They should also have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required for this position.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
