As a Customer Support Executive, you will provide an industry-leading experience to customers, delivering moments that matter at every point of contact. They will play a pivotal role in retaining and building upon our existing customer base, by delivering a first contact resolution and acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Must be good in follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in support of Customer Onboarding and Customer retention.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent English language communication skills.
- Intermediate Knowledge of Excel
- Qualification: Graduate Fresher or Undergraduate
- Shift: Morning Shift (fixed)
- Qualification: 12th minimum/Graduate

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
