**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose issues and guide customers or internal users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes.
- Document issues, resolutions, and common troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base for future reference.
- Provide guidance on configuration, and updates.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support staff or specialized teams as necessary.
- Provide product feedback and suggestions to development teams based on customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for users.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a technical support or IT help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems..
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per year
