**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Maintain general ledgers and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Handle statutory compliance including TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Manage petty cash transactions and employee reimbursements.
- Assist with audits and implement improvements to financial controls.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of financial data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial regulations.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,414.95 - ₹26,020.58 per month
