Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Accounts executive across Kolkata.

Job summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts executive with knowledge of GST, Taxation, Management Information systems (MIS), and Balance sheet finalization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in accounting and finance, contributing to our clients’ financial well-being while developing valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and supporting the finalization of financial statements including the income statement, balance sheet.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assist in planning and other tax filings.
- Prepare and analyse monthly MIS reports to aid in decision-making.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators and Variances.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and prepare GST reports.
- Assist in GST reconciliation and address compliance issues.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Conduct regular financial audits and reconcilations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. MBA in finance is preferred.
- Pursuing or completed CA intermediate or part qualification.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GST compliance.
- Proficient in Tally Software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Infastructure related knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as of a team.
