**Job Overview**:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Manager in managing the financial operations and ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Your primary goal will be to support the Accounts Manager in maintaining the financial health of the dealership and to provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Accounts Manager in managing the regular accounting operations of the dealership, including accounts payable, accounts receivable
2. Prepare financial statements and reports, and provide regular financial updates to the management team
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assist in preparing and filing tax returns
4. Assist in managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions, and help oversee cash flow management
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure that financial goals are aligned with business objectives

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting(B.Com), Finance, or a related field
2. Experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the automotive industry or a dealership environment
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
