**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows, including logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up activities.
- **Budget Management**: Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
