**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller Executive** to contribute to generating sales/leads or providing customer support over the phone. You will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, following communication scripts, understanding customer needs, and resolving queries efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads/sales.
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to their inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
- Follow up with customers on previous interactions and support needs.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a polite and friendly attitude at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required].
- Ability to learn about products and services quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet performance targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [specific industry if applicable].
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Prior knowledge of CRM software or call center equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
