Store Assistant in the manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in managing and organizing the inventory and materials needed for the production process. Their primary responsibilities include:
Material Handling:Safely handle, store, and transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
Ensure materials are stored in designated locations and properly labeled.
Maintain a clean and organized storage area to facilitate easy access and retrieval.

Prepare materials and products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
Assist in the preparation of production orders and assembly kits.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests and maintain production schedules.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption, and reordering needs.
Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.

Safety and Compliance:Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Comply with regulations and company policies regarding the handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Communication:Collaborate with other departments, such as production, purchasing, and quality control, to ensure the smooth flow of materials.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors for material orders and deliveries.

Problem Solving:Identify and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies or shortages.
Report any quality concerns or damages to supervisors and assist in investigating the root causes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Any Degree or Bcom, BBA BA
- Previous experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, with relevant certifications where required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Problem-solving skills to address inventory-related issues.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
