Every touchpoint at Armadio reflects elegance, quality, and thoughtful curation.Location: Indiranagar, BangaloreWorking Model: On siteDays: Rotational shifts with one weekly offTimings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PMBudget: 70k to 1LPA (depending on experience)Experience: 3-5 years preferred (luxury/fashion retail background)Role Overview: We’re looking for someone with presence, confidence, and a deep understanding of luxury fashion to run the store end-to-end. This is a customer-facing, leadership-heavy role that requires balancing team management, styling support, and smooth store operations. The right fit will be intuitive, organized, and able to create a warm, high-energy atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Team & Floor Management:Guide and mentor the in-store team for daily tasks and salesEnsure a smooth, energized floor environment with clear communication and supportClient Experience:Offer styling and assistance to clients during visits and appointmentsHandle bridal and high-value clients with discretion and clarityBuild long-term customer relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and serviceStore Operations:Maintain billing, order coordination, and daily reportingOversee fittings, returns, order updates, and coordination with designersEnsure stock visibility and movement with minimal errorsMerchandising & Brand Experience:Keep displays updated, organized, and aligned with brand aestheticsCollaborate on in-store events, launches, and special appointmentsWhat You’ll Bring:Prior experience in premium/luxury fashion or designer retailA sharp, stylish personality with calm leadership energyStrong command over customer communication and store flowTech-friendly: familiar with POS tools, billing, basic Excel/SheetsA grounded, approachable way of leading and problem-solvingWhy Armadio:Opportunity to work closely with leading Indian designersBe part of a brand that's growing and shaping premium fashion retailA dynamic team, beautiful store space, and meaningful client interactionRole with real responsibility, ownership, and space to grow
