- Handling daily end-to-end recruitment- Screening applicants' skills based on their resumes and through interviews-
- Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings- Conduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees- 0-1 year of experience-
- Have a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.-
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.-
- Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines-
- Be able to work efficiently under mínimal supervision- Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
