**Job Title**: Civil Foreman

**Location**: PUNE / NASHIK

**Experience Required**: Minimum 10+ years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day civil works at site in compliance with CPWD standards and drawings.
- Manage and arrange required **labour, materials, and resources** for smooth site operations.
- Ensure proper work allocation, productivity, and discipline of labour teams.
- Monitor execution of concrete, masonry, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing, etc.
- Coordinate with site engineers for work schedules and progress targets.
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
- Report daily progress of works, manpower, and issues to the site engineer/project manager.
- Assist in resolving site-related technical problems and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works as per project requirements.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in **execution and supervision of CPWD/government building projects**.
- Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, work methods, and construction practices.
- Ability to handle labour arrangements, discipline, and productivity at site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work across India at different sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
