**Summary**:
A junior outreach executive for Cozeva should possess strong sales skill, excellent communication abilities, as well as an understanding of the US healthcare industry and its unique challenges. They should be able to build trust, establish relationships and effectively position the services offered by Cozeva as solutions that improve patient care, outcomes, or operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
1.Excellent fluency in English.
2. Reaching out to healthcare organizations in USA and effectively communicating the features, benefits and value propositions of the services offered by Cozeva contributing to enhanced patient care, or operational efficiency.
3. Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations to showcase how Cozeva or the services offered by Cozeva address the specific needs, challenges and goals of the healthcare organizations or individual healthcare professionals.
4. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers or key decision-makers. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their healthcare needs, providing ongoing support and offering solutions.
5. Conduct intuitively with healthcare organizations to identify gaps, or opportunities where the product (Cozeva), or the services offered can add value and address those needs effectively.
6. Work India night hours (WFH)
5. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams internally.
6. knowledge on US Healthcare (preferred).
