Outreach & Admissions ExecutiveSalary: 25k - 30KLocation: Salunkhe Vihar & Viman NagarOverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to lead our school’s outreach initiatives, strengthen relationships with pre-schools, and support overall admissions growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable meeting external partners, conducting presentations, and driving enrolment through strategic engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Outreach & PartnershipsVisit pre-schools, day cares and education centres to establish tie-ups and ongoing referral partnerships.Represent the school in meetings, presentations and promotional discussions.Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool leadership, counsellors and coordinators.Identify new channels and networks that can support admissions growth.2. Admissions & Sales SupportGenerate leads through outreach and convert them into school enquiries.Support the admissions counsellor in follow-ups, conversions and parent engagement.Coordinate with the internal team to share updates on leads, visits and tie-up opportunities.Assist during parent visits when required.3. Marketing & PromotionAssist in executing on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees and community outreach events.Represent the school at exhibitions and education fairsCoordinate with the marketing team for outreach collateral, brochures and presentations.4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain a calendar of outreach visits and submit timely reports.Track tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics and record feedback.Maintain an updated database of all preschools and outreach contacts.5. Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport school-level events that involve parent engagement.Provide market insights and competitor information to the admissions team.Perform any related tasks assigned by the Directors.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident in external meetings and public interactionGood presentation and negotiation abilitiesSelf-driven with the ability to plan outreach and achieve targetsProfessional grooming and behaviourBasic reporting and documentation skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred: Marketing, Communications)Prior experience in school admissions, sales, counselling, or field outreach is an advantageFreshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
