Officer Stores

**Mission/Job Summary**:

- Managing stores and its team, coordination with vendors to get material on time, Managing minimum dead stock, Warehouse Management; 5S activity in stores and implementing safety as per company protocol. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up and procurement of material as per plant requirement.
- Inventory management of general store items as per defined mini-max.
- Ensure availability of Chemical & Bags as per production plan in coordination with production Head.
- Sustenance & up gradation of departmental 5'S and implementing safety standards.
- Physical stock verification as per plan on a timely basis.
- Timely shifting and selling of scrap bags, steel, rubber, plastic etc.
- Daily Reporting to stores head for any issues & ongoing work progress.
- Records Keeping (i.e. Issuance of material, stock, Work order, GAR, outgoing & incoming material etc.)
- Coordination with the purchase and accounts department for timely order and timely release of payment.
- Safety Compliances & SOFI reporting.
- Using SAP to create sale orders, GAR, stock transfer etc.
- Conduction Job-specific trainings including safety
- Weekly STM & 5S meeting.
- Data Recording & monitoring as per process requirement (i.e. ISO / IMS, Calderys Excellence system ,5S,etc.)

**Profile/Competencies**:
**Education, background, level of experience**
- Graduate/MBA
- Reading & writing fluency-English & Hindi
- Minimum 6 years Industrial experience in a similar field.

**Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics**:

- Well-organized and able to handle manpower and flexible with duty timings.
- Strong creative mind-set, self-starter, team player, strategic thinker.
- Knowledge of SAP, GST, CAPEX, OPEX.
- Excellent communication, able to facilitate follow-up & discussions with vendor & material suppliers.
- Good management skill-Computer literate with basic level MS Office, Google sheet & presentation.
