MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

**Store Management**
- GRIN Booking (direct)
- Material issue to production.
- Disposal of rejection material.
- Update MRN Note & Scrap notes.
- GRIN Forwarding
- Preparation of Returnable/Non-returnable DC
- Record Keeping
- Monitoring of Loading/Unloading Vehicle
- Barcoding & month code labelling of receipt material.
- Highlight shortages & follow up with Purchase.
- Documentation & record keeping of material transaction.
- Support to Implementation of 5S in stores.
- Support to Kaizen & process simplification.
- Continual improvement report.
- Rejection material invoice preparation.GRN forward to Accounts & attached in LN

**Inventory Management**
- Perpetual stock Counting.
- Responsible for RES & REJ W/H inventory.
