**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to sell our services to NGOs
- Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and follow up on prospects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
