**Job Description: Forging Supervisor**

**Number of Vacancies**: 2

**Education Requirements**:

- Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

**Minimum Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in forging

**Salary Range**:

- Up to ₹18,000/
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure productivity with a focus on quality in the forging process.
- Manage and supervise manpower efficiently.
- Record in-process data accurately as per the established system.
- Minimize time wastage during die setting processes.
- Oversee housekeeping management to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Implement and maintain 5S activities to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on production and other relevant metrics.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with manpower.
- Ability to provide honest and accurate reporting.
- Proficiency in managing and motivating a team.
- Knowledge of forging processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Additional Notes**:

- Must be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols in forging is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
