_**Role & Responsibilities**_

**Production Planning & Control**

Monitor Daily production planning / schedule for all 3 shifts with requirement of raw material/component.

Allocate the material as per the production Plan for all 3 shifts.

Smooth handover of shift to next shift person with appropriate information

Manage shift discipline (Leave, absenteeism, late, lunch/dinner/tea break)

**Manpower Management**

Monitor manpower allocation plan for week/month as per production plan. Manpower includes all level & all grade

Lead & monitor team their accountability, work performance, efficiency, responsibilities

Ensure Manpower rationalization.

Skill Management.

**Productivity & Improvement**

Ensure & control hourly, daily, weekly, monthly production output with desired quality and target.

Ensure optimum utilization of available Human capital & machineries.

Prepare & maintain all the required production report on daily/ monthly/ yearly basis.

Prepare the documents for FMEA and PPAP as per the product and process specification.

Control production quality & suggest ideas to minimize of rejections, waste and defect levels. Implement awareness in all levels.

Control & Implement production process as per the norms defined by QA department to get quality product as per customer satisfaction.

Analyze the root cause for nonconformities within the product/assembly and initiate appropriate actions and report it to senior.

Checking and Monitoring Poka Yoke on respective line.

**Cost Control**

As per budgetary manage the production cost

Suggest & implement necessary actions for cost control within production department.

**New Product Development**

Participate in developing & updating FMEA with respect to new process, CAPA & customer feedback with help of CFT member. Participate in Customer audit & update records.

Implement & control the work instruction, appropriate production process and intermediate drawing on machine for the running products in manufacturing also prepare their documents/records.

**Employee Engagement & Training**

Support allied departments to enhance work environment in plant and drive employee engagement activities for teamwork improvement.

Identify training needs & organize the internal/external training session with the help of HR

**Environmental, Health & Safety**

Follow EHS /5S policies, procedures and maintain reports for various audits.

Ensure healthy & pollution free workplace.

Take active part in arresting / minimizing all types of pollution.

Ensure use of PPE’s & follow of safe working practices.

Inform to the concern department for any hazardous condition.

Inform to HR dept about any Near Miss, Minor & Major accident & take necessary action to avoid this in future.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
