**Key Responsibilities**

Make outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products/services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and assist customers with accurate information.
- Record customer interactions and details in our database.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and conversion.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the team leader.
- Develop a rapport with customers through effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
