We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Gold Loan Executive. As a Gold Loan Executive, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the gold loan process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with 1-2 years of experience to kickstart their career in the financial sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers to understand their gold loan requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate the authenticity and value of gold ornaments pledged by customers for loans.
- Maintain accurate records of gold transactions, loan disbursements, and repayments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Assist in promoting gold loan products and services to potential customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Prior experience in the financial sector (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Fluency in [specify local language(s)] is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
