**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site inspections of gold jewelry submitted for loan processing.
- Assess the quality, purity, and market value of gold items.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and evaluations.
- Report any discrepancies or issues related to gold items to management.
- Assist in training junior staff members on gold evaluation techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gold appraisal, jewelry evaluation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of gold purity standards and valuation methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data entry and reporting.
