Urvi Shah Design Studio is a boutique studio specializing in graphic design, branding, and packaging solutions. We work with a diverse range of clients, helping them to visually communicate their unique brand identities. As a client servicing intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our team's success in delivering exceptional design solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing client relationships by acting as a primary point of contact and providing timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and smooth project workflows.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, progress reports, and presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and proposals.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases and documentation.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.

**Duration and Compensation**

This role requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, Monday to Friday and is an on-site role.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
