- Monitor and assess the health status of clients, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Provide direct clinical care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and integrate healthcare services.
- Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with care plans.
- Arrange and oversee necessary medical procedures and therapies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
