**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Associate at our Interior Design Studio, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selections, and promoting our interior design services. You will work closely with the design team to ensure clients' needs are met while promoting our brand and contributing to the studio’s sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist clients in selecting furniture, decor, and accessories based on their needs and design preferences.
- Offer advice on color schemes, materials, and styles, ensuring the products align with the client’s vision.
- **Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- Meet or exceed individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling products.
- Maintain deep knowledge of products, collections, and design trends to provide expert advice.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, seasonal collections, and sales promotions.
- **Collaborating with Designers**:

- Work closely with the interior design team to help clients envision and purchase design solutions.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process sales transactions and handle point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including purchase details and design preferences.
- Help with inventory management, including restocking and organizing the showroom.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized follow-ups and offering interior design services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in interior design or furniture retail is preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for interior design and home décor trends.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and product selection is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic office software.
