**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Greet and assist clients, understand their design needs, and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Drive sales by promoting interior design services, furniture, fixtures, and home décor items.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date on industry trends, design concepts, and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support and addressing inquiries effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and vendors to coordinate client projects.
- **Follow-ups & Relationship Building**: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up with potential leads.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or luxury home décor.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer-focused with a passion for design.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
