
Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales quotas by selling Microsoft licenses, hardware (laptops/desktops), and security software.**
** 2. Customer Acquisition & Account Management: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth.**
** 3. Solution Selling: Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions, including cloud-based services, security software, and hardware.**
** 4. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with Microsoft licensing models, security solutions, and hardware offerings to provide expert advice.**
** 5. Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.**
** 6. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals successfully.**
** 7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical specialists, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process.**
** 8. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging IT solutions to identify new sales opportunities.**
Qualifications & Experience:
** 1. Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on Microsoft licenses, hardware, and security software.**
** 2. Quota-Carrying Experience: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**
** 3. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Microsoft licensing, endpoint security solutions, and IT hardware.**
** 4. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from IT managers to executives.**
** 5. CRM & Sales Tools: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.**

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
